【Repair Warranty Details】
・For firing operation issues due to internal part damage, parts and labor costs are covered free of charge.
・For external part damage, charged repair is available only if parts can be supplied.
・When requesting a repair, please contact us beforehand.
・If the fault cannot be confirmed or repair is difficult, we may decline the request.

【Warranty Regulations】
・The warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・If disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed, the warranty will be void (charged repair).
・Damage or malfunction due to customer negligence is not covered by the warranty (charged repair).

【After the Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period, we will provide as much support as possible for any product-related issues or malfunctions, including repair services and part取り寄せ.

【About Exterior Finish】
While utmost care is taken in manufacturing the product, there may be operational marks from inspection and function checks. Please also note that due to being an overseas product, there may be uneven painting or slight imperfections in molding accuracy.
