The total length is 468mm, approximately 168mm shorter than the original outer diameter, making it easy to handle.
While shorter barrels are generally a popular variation, unlike the M4/16, we were mindful of the "damaging image caused by shortening the barrel." Bolt rifles are inherently products that should have a moderate length, and even in the world of real guns, you won't find any extremely short barrels in the Accuracy lineup. I think 20 inches was the minimum. Therefore, we used the popular "PDI short barrel" from the Maruzen Type 96 as a standard and designed it to have a similar size, determining a "proven length" that will satisfy a wide range of users.
In the earliest prototype, we created it so that it could be used with the inner barrel 303 (G spec), but it was rejected because it was too short and changed the impression too much. *The inner barrel length compatible with this product is 380mm.

By using the MORISEIKI NL2000SY, we were able to achieve overwhelming manufacturing precision. In particular, the X-axis milling on the underside, which is different from the VSR, requires a long reach and large "splitting", making full use of the advantages of the multi-purpose lathe, and completing the work in a "one-finish" format.

Using the Bull Barrel Cap will make a big difference in the overall look. *It has been reported that there may be some rattle when attaching the outer barrel due to individual differences in the receiver. Using the PDI L96 receiver ring may help reduce rattle on receivers with rattle.
