Rolling bushings made with Bestal G (self-lubricating) resin are superior in both lubricity and strength compared to genuine bushings, and when abnormal force is applied to gears (such as jamming), the bushing itself breaks, acting like a fuse to prevent damage to the gear box, etc.

Core-removable bearing
One of the features that metal bearings don't have is the flexibility of Bestal G. Once it fits the gear shaft, it becomes the size that is specifically designed for that gear box.
The biggest point in centering is that the mechanical box has a large tolerance, so it can be flexibly adapted.

Aiming for a bearing that doesn't rotate
If the bearings rotate, friction with the gearbox will cause the outer circumference to wear down and the core will begin to shift, which is a problem, so the dimensions of each part are set larger so that they can be firmly fixed to the box. There is no point in making bearings that rotate with the gears.

Still, we pursue ease of setup
Not only have we increased the size to prevent the bearing from rotating, but we have also made improvements to make it easier to insert into the box. First, we add an R to the tip to reduce friction between the surfaces when installing. Next, we set a gentle taper on the body and flange. By pressing it in, it fits into the box, completing the ideal bushing.

Consider adjustment allowance
It is made thinner than the original bearings. By leaving some adjustment margin, it allows for a wider range of customization.

*This product will allow the bushing to settle in by pushing it into the box and fixing it in place.
*It is a well-known fact that there are large tolerances in the gearbox. We cannot accommodate all of them.
