While real firearms are designed with metal parts, model guns are legally required to be made of resin. Therefore, simply making them from resin limits their strength and wear resistance. Especially in harsh use environments like fast draw, wear on the cylinder notch can cause skipping, preventing reliable locking. This significantly degrades operational precision and reliability. The "Toughness Cylinder" was developed to solve these problems.

The cylinder body undergoes special processing, and screw-fastened cylinder tips are used for the notches. By using extra-super duralumin for the material, high wear resistance is achieved, which would not be possible with resin alone. Furthermore, the tips have a reversible structure, allowing them to be reused by flipping them over when worn, maintaining stable performance over a long period. Combined with the heavy-weight cylinder, this achieves both a high-quality feel and practical performance. It ensures reliable and stable operation even under harsh conditions.
