Product Description
"TN Barrel"
KM's flagship product, the "TN Barrel," is made from carefully selected brass material and is coated with a unique "TN Coating." The finished thickness of the coating is adjusted by electroplating inside the hollow barrel using a unique manufacturing method, resulting in a barrel with extremely small inner diameter error, based on an inner diameter of 6.04 mm.
"HOP groove processing"
HOP grooves require extremely strict processing.
Most general HOP groove processing is done by end milling using a lathe or similar machine.
Although it takes time and costs money, we use an immersion type electric discharge machine to machine each HOP groove one by one.
"TN Coat"
TN Coat is a special Teflon coating that is based on Teflon and contains a variety of additives.
It has excellent abrasion resistance and sliding properties, and is more durable than general electroplating.
TN coating is stain-resistant and easy to maintain, so it does not require excessive maintenance.
Performance can be maintained by regularly cleaning the inner barrel with a maintenance rod.

This product is a 300mm long custom inner barrel for the Tokyo Marui SAIGA-12 gas blowback airsoft gun.

KM Kikaku's flagship product, the "TN Barrel," is crafted from carefully selected brass and treated with a proprietary "TN Coating." This advanced coating technology allows for the production of precision barrels with a standard inner diameter of 6.04mm, minimizing inner diameter tolerances. The Hop-Up Groove is carefully machined one by one using an immersion EDM machine, regardless of the cost or time required. The TN Coating is a special Teflon coating that offers excellent abrasion resistance and glide, and is highly durable and stain-resistant, making maintenance easy. Regular cleaning is all it takes to maintain performance, and you'll experience improvements in flight distance, accuracy, and consistency with every use.
