To produce these gears, which are the heart of an electric gun, superior durability has been achieved through material selection, high gear dimensional precision, and carburizing and high-frequency quenching treatments. Furthermore, the design incorporates various usage perspectives, such as increasing the number of anti-reversal latches to reduce reversal load when the gear stops. The product line-up, tailored to spring rates and cycle speeds, supports a wide variety of custom settings. The anti-reversal latch count is set to 10 teeth, which also contributes to improved semi-auto firing response.
