[PDI] Real Outer Barrel LMT 10.5" Size / Tokyo Marui Next Generation M4A1

Now available with the popular 10.5-inch barrel
The short barrel is extremely popular. From the many sizes available, we created the 10.5-inch size sold by the real gun manufacturer LMT. Although it is generally called 10.5 inches, there are various lengths available from various manufacturers, including real gun and toy gun manufacturers, so this time PDI created a size based on the image of LMT's product.

Special one with CNC full cutting and black anodized (honed) finish
Like our previous barrels, we use a compound lathe to create a high-precision barrel by lathing and milling. The finish is sandblasted and then honed to a matte finish. You can feel the luxury when you hold it in your hand.

Circumstances specific to the next-generation M4A1
The next generation M4A1 features a recoil shock generating system in the stock, so the battery is housed in the handguard.
Therefore, unlike the SOPMOD, which is a variation of the same type, there are two cuts on the outer circumference of the barrel.

Cold forging achieves high precision inner diameter
The unique feature of PDI outer barrels is not only their appearance, but also the precision of their inner diameter. They are manufactured with a diameter that fits the inner barrel perfectly, which is why people have said for a long time that "it feels like the accuracy has improved after installing it!"

Of course it's a 14mm reverse thread...
The 14mm reverse thread is the same as before, but if the outer diameter is too close to 14mm, the genuine hider ring will not fit. Just like the genuine barrel has the top of the thread exposed, the PDI barrel is also slightly lower.

Inner barrel is P90 size
The conventional short size of 285mm protrudes from the muzzle, while the G36C/P90 size (247mm) stops just short of the end of the barrel, but does not protrude, making it the optimal size.
*Latest information: If the inner barrel is 275mm, it will fit right at the tip of the outer barrel.

■The "real" in "Real Outer Barrel" means that it was made with a realistic length in mind.

*This product has been inspected and confirmed to fit using the chambers at the time of release for the next-generation electric gun M4 SOPMOD and HK416 Delta Custom.
It has been reported that some Tokyo Marui Next Generation AEG Mk18s have thicker chambers that do not fit into the outer shell. This product is manufactured to be quite tight, so if the chamber size increases due to a batch change at Marui, processing may be required.
*This is the latest batch and there are some differences from the previous batch. For example, there is an additional screw hole in the front sight.

[About anodized aluminum products]
*During the anodizing process, unevenness or marks of a few millimeters may remain where the product is fixed.
*Since the screw part is inspected after the anodizing process, some of the anodizing on the screw part may peel off, resulting in silver areas, but if there is no problem with the functionality, we will treat it as a normal product.
*We have confirmed that the product can be used without any functional impact, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for cosmetic reasons.
