We sell products from Japan. Our products comply with Japanese regulations. All airsoft are under 1 joule, and muzzles are standard. We ship the same products overseas. Therefore, we do not adjust power or install colored parts.
If you see "Add to cart" on the product page, it means the product is in stock.
"Pre-order or Back Order", the item is not in stock at that time. The item will be prepared upon receipt of your order. If you want to know the delivery date, please contact us before placing an order.
For international orders, we will manually create and email you a PayPal invoice after your order is confirmed. Please select "Payment on Invoice" when placing your order.
No other payment options are available. And we do not accept direct paypal transfers.
Please note that we cannot send emails outside of business hours.
Basically, we ship by EMS. Smaller items may be sent by registered mail. It may take several days to ship an order.
Please fill in the delivery address in English when ordering.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the item. The weight of Tokyo Marui products is automatically calculated on our website. Other brands may not be supported, so please contact us before ordering.
If you would like to see the calculated shipping cost, add the item to your cart, go to the order page, and enter the country and zip code of your shipping address.
If you do not see the shipping cost, it may be an area we are unable to accommodate. Please contact us.
The taxes you will have to pay when you import items will depend on your country/region. You are responsible for finding out how much it will be.
We create Export Invoice with the correct amount. We will never enter a lower amount or send it as a gift.
We will not refund your money if your shipment is stopped due to you not paying customs duty.
Please do not cancel your order after it has been placed. This is because we may have already prepared the goods for you.
If you cancel an order for which you have already completed payment, we will refund your money minus a 15% handling fee.
