The US military has put it through rigorous testing over 18 months (high and low temperature, physical impact, and water immersion tests),
It was first officially adopted in 1997.
This is now the most widely used dot sight not only in the United States but also in military and police forces around the world.

This is a 30mm ring base exclusively for CompM2, ML2, M3, and ML3.
To install this product, a QRP2 Mount, QRW2 Mount, LRP Mount, or TNP Mount is required.
Not required for Comp® M4, M4s.
