Product Description

Made entirely from EN AW7075-T651 ultra-super duralumin
High precision, high strength gearbox.

Ver.3 type gearbox compatible with overseas AKs such as LCT and E&L.
When attaching to Tokyo Marui's standard AK series or other Ver.3 series models
Processing will be required, such as removing interfering parts on the receiver side.

The gearbox alone weighs just 106g.
Compared to the genuine zinc die-cast product, it is significantly lighter and has dramatically improved strength.

QSC is a quick change structure that uses a dedicated spring guide.
It can be removed from the rear with one touch, making adjustment easy.

To secure the spring guide, use a low head screw (sold separately).
Please use Centering Screw QSC .
Depending on the model, the screws may interfere with the receiver.
In this case, relief processing is required.

The motor holder mounting base is narrower than the genuine Tokyo Marui version to accommodate a variety of manufacturers.
To remove backlash between the gearbox and motor holder, a shim with an outer diameter of Φ6mm and an inner diameter of Φ3mm is used to adjust the gear shim.
You can use it to make adjustments.

Common precautions for all gearbox versions
Be sure to use a cylinder head that fits tightly against the gearbox, as shown in the image above.

If there is even a small gap, the piston impact will be received by the rotation stopper protrusions on the left and right, causing damage.
Ideally, it should fit snugly against the gearbox, with enough clearance to move slightly backwards.
For the same reason, cylinder heads with O-rings or rubber dampers on the contact surface with the gearbox are also used.
Never use it.

The shaft hole size is Φ8mm H7 (0 to +15μm). Use press-fit or adhesive depending on the bearing you are using.
