[GAW] AOE Adjust Spacer for Electric Guns

Piston rack gear and sector gear of electric gun
Spacer that improves the tooth contact angle.
This adjustment is called AOE (Angle Of Engagement) adjustment.

It is used by placing it between the piston head and the piston.
(M3x10 washer head screw included for fixing)

When pulling high loads such as high cycle tuning, the stock AOE
A force acts to push the piston diagonally upwards.
When using an all-metal piston, this may cause damage.

By inserting this spacer, the piston is moved back artificially.
Improved AOE, making it more of a straight back angle.

The amount of setback is 3mm per spacer.
It is possible to connect multiple pieces, but each piece will require one sector cut.
Please be aware of fluctuations in initial velocity as the cylinder capacity will decrease.

Also, by installing it on the piston side, the cylinder head and piston head
There are no restrictions on the shape of the cushioning material.

The material is POM, and together with the included screws it weighs 1.8g.

*Note*
As stated at the end of the manual, when using this spacer
From the piston rack gear pickup teeth (the teeth that mesh with the sector gear first)
Rebound prevention processing is required, which involves completely removing the second layer.
Be sure to either process the piston or use a piston with a specially designed design.

Also, if the piston head protrusion is long, it must be cut down to 1 mm.
