Cold forging achieves the same inner diameter precision as a general inner barrel.
Hidden behind the phrase "We use seamless pipes" is the question, "What about precision? What about the inner diameter tolerance?"
No matter how seamless (seamless) a pipe is, if it's cheap, the negative impact on the piston will not be improved. PDI continues to use seamless pipes with the same precision as other companies' inner barrels, with a tolerance of ±0.01mm. This has a positive effect on promoting piston speed during sear release. The stainless steel used by PDI is SUS304, a 100% domestic product produced by cold forging.

Consideration of the joint with the boss
We pay close attention to the connection with the post body, which can be said to be the neck of a custom cylinder. While many cylinders use hollow "cotter pins," we determined that these do not provide the overwhelming durability required, and instead adopted "solid parallel pins." In addition, by welding the connection, we have created a cylinder that is tough enough to withstand repeated cocking over a long period of time.

At PDI, we attach the same importance to the inner barrel and chamber, and by using SUS303 and tapering the interior at an optimal angle, we have achieved output conversion that is greater than that of a regular shaped head.
