The Q Honey Badger is an ultra-lightweight, compact rifle chambered in .300 AAC Blackout (.300 BLK), developed and sold by the American firearms manufacturer Q, LLC. Its origins lie in the Honey Badger project, which Q founder Kevin Brittingham worked on while at Advanced Armament Corporation (AAC). It was developed with the goal of creating a platform that maintains the compactness and superior suppression capabilities of an MP5SD, while offering higher shooting performance and greater range.

Its primary feature is a unique design that combines a short barrel with the .300 BLK cartridge, while retaining the excellent ergonomics of the AR platform. The .300 BLK is designed to perform well even in short barrels and supports both subsonic and supersonic ammunition. It is specifically engineered to achieve high levels of suppression when paired with a suppressor and subsonic rounds.

The Q Honey Badger features an approximately 7-inch barrel, a proprietary PDW-style telescoping stock, and a slim M-LOK free-float handguard. Furthermore, Q's unique design philosophy, which emphasizes suppressor operation, is incorporated throughout, including a fast-twist barrel and a 25° taper muzzle.

The Honey Badger fuses the compactness and suppression of an MP5-class weapon with the performance and modularity of a rifle platform. Combined with its distinctive clear anodized finish and minimalist design, it is now widely recognized as a symbol of Q and as one of the definitive modern PDWs chambered in .300 BLK.
