Brushless Motor for EVOLT RS Finally Here
Based on the MUGEN brushless motor, this motor is specifically designed for Tokyo Marui EVOLT RS models.
It features reverse rotation (clockwise) and 7.4V specifications, optimized for EVOLT's control characteristics.
Utilizing the brushless motor's characteristics of being lightweight, low power consumption, low vibration, low noise, and high response, it maximizes the performance of the EVOLT RS. In addition to improved trigger response, the sharpness of the RS's recoil is enhanced. Reduced twisting of the airsoft gun due to vibration and inertia can also lead to improved accuracy.
The CNC machined aluminum body offers high rigidity and excellent heat dissipation, ensuring stability during extended use.
Furthermore, the motor case design has been revised to have an outer shape similar to conventional brushed motors, improving compatibility during installation.
The motor tower uses CNC machined aluminum parts, and a two-bearing support structure improves rotational accuracy. This reduces friction loss, achieving smooth and efficient operation.
The pinion gear uses a sintered steel gear common to MUGEN brushless motors, which suppresses gear noise. This achieves both quietness and durability.
[Precautions during installation]
When installing this motor, it is essential to adjust the gearbox and process the grip base and wiring.
It will not operate by simply attaching it.
[Compatibility between EVOLT and EVOLT RS models] (Information as of August 2026)
While adjustments are primarily focused on EVOLT RS, it can also be used with EVOLT.
For installation, it is essential to adjust the gearbox and process the grip base and wiring, same as for RS models.
The rate of fire and response will be lower than with a dedicated motor.

･Since the wiring terminal shape differs from the genuine one, genuine terminals cannot be used.
･Please replace with the included terminals or 110 faston terminals for aftermarket grips.
･The terminals and motor case may interfere, requiring processing of the grip bottom plate.
･It is basically intended for plug-in use, but due to individual differences, custom content, or manufacturer specification changes, the firing operation may not complete.
In such cases, it may be necessary to adjust the magnet position of the sector gear.
･No anti-reversal function is included.
･When the battery voltage drops, malfunction may occur before the cutoff voltage. In such cases, please charge or replace the battery.
