【Repair Warranty Details】
・For firing malfunctions due to internal parts damage, parts and labor are free of charge.
・For external parts damage, repairs will be charged only if parts supply is available.
・When requesting a repair, please be sure to contact us in advance.
・We may refuse if the fault cannot be confirmed or if repair is difficult.
【Warranty Provisions】
・Warranty only applies to CYMA Plus series products sold by us.
・If disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed, the warranty will be void (repair will be charged).
・Damage or malfunction due to customer's negligence is not covered by the warranty (repair will be charged).
【After the Warranty Period Ends】
・Even after the warranty period has passed, we will provide as much support as possible for any problems or defects related to the product, such as repair services and parts ordering.

・Please keep your detailed email when placing an order. It will be required for warranty claims.

【About Exterior Finish】
While great care is taken in product manufacturing, there may be operational marks from inspection and function checks. Please also note that due to being an overseas product, there may be inconsistencies in paintwork and imperfections in molding accuracy.
