This is a buffer part that absorbs recoil shock, and although it has a much longer lifespan than the M45's recoil buffer, it seems that many people forget to install it when disassembling and assembling the gun themselves and end up losing it. Without this part, the recoil width of the slide will change, causing malfunctions.
