【Repair Warranty Details】
・For firing malfunctions due to internal parts damage, parts and labor costs will be covered free of charge.
・For external parts damage, paid repair will be available only if parts can be supplied.
・When requesting a repair, please contact us in advance.
・We may refuse repair if the malfunction cannot be confirmed or if repair is difficult.

【Warranty Terms】
・The warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・The warranty will be void if disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed (paid repair will be available).
・Damage or malfunctions due to customer negligence are not covered by the warranty (paid repair will be available).

【After the warranty period ends】
・Even after the warranty period has expired, we will provide as much support as possible for any problems or malfunctions related to the product, such as repair support and parts procurement.

【Regarding exterior finish】
