Product Description

Mount base for Maruzen CA870.

This is an advanced-level part that requires drilling holes in the frame.

Material: ABS resin

Accessories: 3 screws for mounting the mount base, instruction manual

Enjoy the game with a comfortable, non-recoiling experience, a 0.9J power upgrade, and your favorite sight attached to the mount base.

Since it is made of ABS resin, the mount base itself may warp, but it will fit securely once attached to the main unit.

Holes need to be drilled in the frame. If you are unsure about the installation, please contact a nearby custom shop or us.

The general installation method is as follows, but please refer to the included instruction manual for details.

① Remove the frame from the main unit and align the front end of the frame with the front end of the mount base.

② Hold the frame and mount base firmly, and use a Φ2.5mm pin vice or similar tool through the screw holes to mark preliminary depressions on the frame. (Securing it with a rubber band or similar will make it more stable.)

③ Drill through holes with a Φ3.0mm pin vice or similar tool at the three preliminary depressions marked on the frame.

④ Securely fasten with the included screws from the inside of the frame. *The screws are ultra-low-profile, so be careful not to strip the screw head groove by ensuring the Phillips head driver is firmly aligned with the groove when turning.

⑤ When assembling the main unit, the screw on the muzzle side of the frame and the main unit may rub, making it difficult to insert. (Attempting to force it in may crack the bottom of the frame.)

⑥ File down the rubbing part of the main unit and slowly insert it while pulling the trigger. (The depth to file the main unit varies by individual, so adjust the depth accordingly.)

*This mount base is designed so that the screw holes are in the lower part of the rail, so the middle hole is not in the center. Therefore, once holes are drilled, if you reverse the front and back of the mount base, the hole positions at both ends will match, but the middle hole will not. Please be aware of this.
