・For firing operation problems caused by internal parts damage, parts and labor costs will be covered free of charge.
・For exterior parts damage, paid repairs will be offered only if parts are available.
・When requesting a repair, please contact us in advance.
・We may decline repairs if the fault condition cannot be confirmed or if repairs are deemed difficult.

【Warranty Provisions】
・Warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・Disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party will void the warranty (paid repair).
・Damage or malfunction due to customer negligence is not covered by the warranty (paid repair).

【After the Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period has expired, we will provide as much support as possible for product-related issues or malfunctions, including repair services and ordering parts.
