Western Arms products are gas guns made of high-density plastic, allowing you to enjoy the same weight as a real gun. The "Magna Blowback" mechanism, which controls the heart of the gun, allows you to experience powerful recoil shock just like a real gun, making for a realistic and exciting shooting experience. Using safe low-pressure gas, it fires 6mm BBs with the same process as a real gun.
The Terminator model, a masterpiece movie gun with an overwhelming presence that swept the world, incorporates the proven operating performance of Magna Blowback. I'll be back.

Recreating the model used by Arnold Schwarzenegger
The first in the mega-hit Hollywood sci-fi action movie franchise, "The Terminator" (1984), whose sixth installment, "Dark Fate," is still fresh in our memories.
Although a sci-fi film, it was set mainly in the present day and was produced on a low budget of only 6.4 million dollars, without heavy reliance on CGI visual effects as is common today. As a result, the story inevitably had a strong focus on gun action.
The superhuman gun handling displayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger's invincible android was undeniably exhilarating, and it's understandable why the killer machine "T-800," originally a villain, became such a popular character.
And the handgun that the T-800, who time-traveled from 2029 to 1984, obtained along with Uzi submachine guns at a gun store in Los Angeles at the beginning of the movie was the "Hardballer Longslide."
This Hardballer, extensively used as a key visual on posters and beyond the main film, left a strong impression as a symbolic model of the work due to its distinctive appearance, which did not look inferior to the physique of the lead actor, Schwarzenegger.

The Hardballer was introduced by AMT in the United States in 1977 as a clone of the Colt Government, and at the time, it garnered attention as the first all-stainless steel 1911 pistol.
The company offered a lineup primarily featuring the 5-inch full-size model, as well as the 4-inch short-slide Skipper model. In 1980, the Hardballer Longslide was produced as the largest variant, featuring an unprecedented 7-inch slide.
WESTERN ARMS invested in dedicated molds to realistically model this 7-inch long slide, making generous use of their renowned high-density heavy-weight resin.

Details reproduced with custom parts
The Hardballer is designed as a target model based on the Colt Gold Cup, so it features anti-glare ribs on the slide top and a large Partridge-type front sight. Additionally, it is equipped with a micro rear sight at the back, reproduced as a custom part, allowing for fine adjustment in all directions.
Furthermore, parts housed within the slide, such as the two-piece outer barrel, which measures over 120mm in length, and the recoil spring plug, are made from aluminum machined parts.
By deliberately reducing the weight of these parts, which would normally be reproduced with heavy metal materials, Western Arms has devised a way to achieve a sharp slide operation comparable to 5-inch models, in addition to the powerful recoil shock unique to Magna Blowback, even though it is an exceptionally top-heavy 7-inch model.

The frame is equipped with a wide match trigger, strongly inheriting the design of the Gold Cup. This is also a custom-made part that is similar yet different from the original Colt.
Other parts, such as the old-school wide-spur hammer, extended slide stop, and thumb safety, reproduce the combination of prop guns used in the film, selected from various real firearm variations with several different part configurations.

Updated with a solid finish
This newly released "Carbon Black Heavyweight Version" features the highly acclaimed side polish finish, a signature Western Arms manufacturing method.
The slide and frame are first sandblasted to achieve a matte dark gray tone, and then only the left and right sides of the slide are polished to create a solid texture with visible hairline finishes. By leveraging the properties of the heavyweight material, a profound two-tone finish reminiscent of metal is achieved, creating an ineffable beauty that cannot be reproduced with conventional paint finishes.
The grip panels are made of blacked-out heavyweight resin, and combined with the metal weights housed inside, they provide a substantial feel in the hand.
The finish of each metal part is also unified in a dark grayish tone, creating a new version that even exudes intensity.
Among the many 1911 variations, the Terminator model stands out with its unique presence. With the overwhelming power of its 7-inch long slide, "I'll be back" in your hands now.

Slide and Frame Maintenance
The surface finish of the carbon black heavyweight material prioritizes a texture that utilizes the material's properties and does not involve painting or coating.
Therefore, unlike painted finishes, the alloy powder layer mixed into the material is exposed, which may cause oxidation and discoloration over time or with frequent use.
After use, we recommend regular maintenance, such as wiping off dirt (e.g., hand oils) from the material surface with a separately sold silicone spray.
