Product Description
A variation of Siegetek Concepts' Dual Sector Gear,
this DSG is for Tokyo Marui Next-Generation Electric Guns.
It has 9x2 teeth.

DSG is a special sector gear that cocks twice per rotation.
This G1T8 is compatible with Tokyo Marui's genuine sector gear.
It is used in combination with the company's gear set and other manufacturers' spur and bevel gears.

A full-metal tooth piston for Tokyo Marui Next-Generation Electric Guns is required for the piston,
and we recommend omitting the recoil function.

Compared to standard DSGs, this model has a structure that makes sector cutting difficult.
When performing sector cutting, please work carefully
to avoid over-grinding the teeth that mesh with the spur gear.

The material is nickel-chrome-molybdenum steel, used in heavy-load sections such as aircraft engines.
It has been carburized and hardened to HRC55+ on the surface,
and further nitrided, making it exceptionally strong
among electric gun gears.

It has two cut-off cams and two tappet cams, ensuring reliable semi-automatic operation.
The shape of the cut-off cam is particularly excellent, making "trigger lock" (where the contacts bounce up during semi-automatic rapid firing and prevent shooting) less likely to occur.

Sometimes, a dark rust-like substance may appear on the silver, nitrided surface of the gear.
This is not the gear itself but corroded chromium oxide adhered to the surface,
so it does not affect performance and can be used as is.

For spring load, please use 15kgf or less as a guide for the load during piston release.
Always be careful not to exceed the muzzle energy regulated by the Firearms and Swords Control Law.
