The H.T.G. Basic CNC Gearbox is a high-precision gearbox set designed for PTW.
Full CNC machining and optimal material selection improve drive efficiency, reduce noise, and enhance precision.
It is ideal as a replacement part for advanced to expert users.

[Main Features]
・High-precision, fully machined parts ensure high dimensional accuracy and durability.
・Gears are made from SUS420 stainless steel, using fully machined gears tempered to HRC40-45.
・Spiral shape adopted for pinion gear and bevel gear to reduce gear noise. Dedicated pinion gear included.
・Gearbox shell is full CNC machined from 7075 aluminum.
・Optimized internal shape reliably supports the planetary gear and sector gear unit.
・Dedicated selector switch board improves selector switching reliability.
・Proper assembly, lubrication, and shimming can lead to improved quietness and extended lifespan.

[Compatibility Notes]
・Compatibility with MAX2 genuine FCU boards has been confirmed, but the selector switch connector shape may not match.
　If the connectors do not match, we recommend using the separately sold H.T.G. Basic ETU for PTW.
・When using a genuine switch, there may be interference with part of the gearbox, in which case the interfering part needs to be shaved down.

[Caution]
・This product is for "expert users." Installation requires advanced technical skill due to combinations with aftermarket parts and differences in genuine part generations.
・Damage or malfunctions due to improper installation or incorrect assembly are not covered by the warranty.
・Technical support is not provided. Please purchase only if you can perform installation, adjustment, modification, and setup yourself.
・Always disassemble once, lubricate, and shim as necessary before assembly.
・Always use the included pinion gear. Straight-type pinion gears are not compatible.
・Operation with genuine ETUs has been confirmed, but full compatibility with all models is not guaranteed. If you have concerns, we recommend using it with the H.T.G. Basic ETU.
・When using an aftermarket trigger, there is a risk of interference with the sector gear at maximum pull. If necessary, the interfering part of the trigger needs to be shaved down.
