Introducing the low-priced inner barrel series, Guren! It features a tight design with an inner diameter of 6.03mm, and is coated with the "HV500 Coat" which is highly resistant to wear and dirt, while maintaining a beautiful surface!
The Guren "1" was developed with the aim of releasing a barrel at the lowest possible price.
Because we cannot compromise on materials and coatings, we limit the processing methods and areas used to achieve low costs. All muzzle ends are chamfered to ensure a barrel that does not clog. This process shortens processing time and reduces the amount of metal waste generated during processing, lowering the product's reject rate and allowing us to set lower prices.

The 6.03mm inner diameter is a tight barrel design that makes it easy to increase muzzle velocity.
The inner diameter is set to a tight 6.03mm, so you can expect to improve muzzle velocity just by replacing the barrel.
This product is made of iron. Unlike stainless steel, due to tolerances, the tightest design limit is an inner diameter of 6.03 mm.
If you set it any tighter, it will jam.

*Toy guns are made up of many parts. Depending on the combination of parts, performance may not be achieved.

"Explanation of Electric Gun Barrels"
The hop window is 6mm long and is designed to be larger than the original barrel.
Furthermore, the hop packing coming down from above is designed with a 45-degree chamfer to prevent damage to the packing.

Designed to be combined with hop-up gaskets . Marui gaskets are molded from nitrile rubber.
We believe that gaskets from other manufacturers are generally molded products.
Unlike cutting, the precision of rubber molding is often on the order of 0.1 mm, so it is difficult to get a right angle at the inner end face of the rubber, and there is a possibility that there will be some R. Even in such cases, the chamfer on the outer diameter of the barrel is made a little larger so that the barrel can be pushed all the way in.

The outer diameter is 8.55mm (negative) to allow for compatibility with various chambers.
The outer diameter is made to be 8.55mm (negative), to allow for use with not only the original chamber but also various other chambers.
If the diameter is too thick, it will adhere better to the chamber packing, but it will have the disadvantage of being difficult to insert into the chamber or not going in straight. By making the outer diameter 8.55mm, we have created a barrel that is easy to set up.

*Due to the iron material and tolerances, it may exceed 8.55 mm, but this does not mean that it will not fit into the chamber.

Guren's inspection standards include three internal diameter inspection points: "after polishing," "before coating," and "after coating."
In particular, we physically check to see if any burrs generated during processing have affected the inner diameter.
The polishing is then checked again by the "human eye" of a select few craftsmen in charge of polishing.
We put in time and effort to provide a thorough user experience.
Regarding roughness of the inner and outer diameters due to the material, and patterns that occur during processing (cutter marks, blade marks, etc.) that do not affect use,
After going through the above checks, the craftsman has given his permission, so please use it with confidence.
