Product Description

* Please note that the coating process for Kurobane inner barrels takes longer than other barrels, so it may take several weeks.

Black feather inner barrel (please select the type and length)
Inner diameter 6.03mm
Outer diameter 8.55mm
Phantom coating processed (hardening, rust prevention, wear resistance, slip properties)

110mm (AEP/GLOCK18C)

・112mm (AEP/USP)
・115mm (AEP/HK45)
The hop section and the groove position at the tip are specially shaped.
・122mm (AEP/M93R)
・122mm (AEP/HI-CAPA E)
The hop section and the groove position at the tip are specially shaped.

Introducing the Phantom Coating Black Barrel, which improves trajectory while reducing its visibility.
After assembly, the barrel is coated with a black coating (which da Vinci Custom calls phantom coating) from the front to make it less visible.
It is extremely effective against guns without muzzles, which are common among handguns.
The gold barrel, which is a focal point that takes away from the gun's original subdued color, is removed, enhancing the design.

Kuroba is pronounced "Crow."
"Black inner barrel" The name CROW was inspired by the crow.
CROW does not refer to crows in general, but rather to a small, intelligent species that live in Japan.
It was named after its beautiful appearance that exudes intelligence.

The material is the same ultra-precision steel with an inner diameter of 6.03 mm that is familiar to Guren .
The ultra-precision steel used in Guren, which has been well received since its release, is used as the base material.
The inner diameter is 6.03 mm, and because it is a tight setting, you can expect to improve the initial velocity just by replacing the barrel.
*The initial velocity may not increase depending on the barrel length, the BB bullets used, and other external factors.

The meticulous coating results in a satisfying finish . The Phantom coating used at Kurobane is characterized by its smooth surface and corrosion resistance.
The film thickness is thin and hard, and the surface hardness exceeds that of Guren's "HV500 Coat."
It also has an overwhelming black appearance with reduced reflectivity.
We believe this is the best coating available for an inner barrel.

However, it's not all good, as it has two weaknesses.
The first is the high cost, and because it is a special coating, it is more expensive.
The second issue is that there is a limit to the length that can be processed, with the maximum being 200mm.
Phantom coating has its weaknesses but its charms more than make up for them, so be sure to see it for yourself.

If they are made from the same base material, which is better, Guren or Kuroba?
The quality required of an inner barrel is how well it can eliminate the resistance that impairs accuracy and power output.
From this perspective, the base material and polishing process are more important factors than the coating.
Both are of the same quality as Guren, so it can be said that there is no significant difference in quality.
If you want an inexpensive barrel, we recommend "Guren," and if you want to focus on the overall appearance of the gun, we recommend "Kuroba."

Tapered processing similar to that of Raizen and Guren 2
The tapered processing used in Raizen and Guren 2 is applied to the front side, allowing for clean air discharge.

Inspection standards at Kurobane include three internal diameter inspection points: "after polishing," "before coating," and "after coating."
In particular, we physically check to see if any burrs generated during processing have affected the inner diameter.
The polishing is then checked again by the "human eye" of a select few craftsmen in charge of polishing.
We put in time and effort to provide a thorough user experience.
Regarding roughness of the inner and outer diameters due to the material, and patterns that occur during processing (cutter marks, blade marks, etc.) that do not affect use,
After going through the above checks, the craftsman has given his permission, so please use it with confidence.

*Regarding the jig contact points, in some cases a line of pinch marks may appear at the jig contact points.
In this case, pinch marks refer to spots where there is no coating.
