・Repair warranty: 180 days

【Repair Warranty Details】
・Trouble with firing operation due to internal parts damage will be repaired free of charge for parts and labor.
・Damage to exterior parts will be repaired for a fee only if replacement parts are available.
・When requesting a repair, please contact us in advance.
・We may decline repairs if the cause of the malfunction cannot be confirmed or if repair is deemed difficult.

【Warranty Terms】
・Warranty applies only to CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・Warranty will be void if disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed (fee-based repair).
・Damage or malfunction due to customer negligence is not covered by the warranty (fee-based repair).

【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period expires, we will provide as much support as possible for any issues or malfunctions related to the product, including repair services and spare parts procurement.
