The KAC-type MRE FF RAS handguard was primarily used by CAG DELTA in the early 2000s. Similar to the Daniel Defense FSP handguard, it features a space mid-handguard to allow installation while retaining the triangular front sight.

It also ensures expandability, particularly for use with standard US military accessories such as PEQs, laser devices, and rangefinders, and even allows for the addition of an FN EGLM grenade launcher.

Since it adopts a free-float design, it has no impact on the barrel, and stable bullet trajectories can be expected.

Barrel nuts compatible with both metric pitch (AEG/MWS) and inch pitch (GBB/PTW) parts are included.
