The M4A1, adopted by all U.S. military forces, is used in a variety of operations across land, sea, and air. For this reason, the Rail Interface System (RIS) was developed to allow for the attachment and replacement of optional parts suited to each purpose and situation. The RIS is a special handguard with mounting rails on all four sides (top, bottom, left, right), and was developed by Knight's Armament, a company that develops specialized equipment for the U.S. military.
Tokyo Marui recreates this modern style by storing the battery inside the handguard in a battery case attached to the RIS. The 20mm wide mounting rail allows for flexible attachment of optional parts.
The RIS is made of highly rigid die-cast aluminum with 20mm wide mounting rails on all four sides, and comes with a vertical foregrip and handguard panel.
The lightweight, high-strength aluminum barrel and insert molding that integrates resin and metal plates have reduced the weight of the front section while increasing rigidity, achieving an excellent weight balance.
The mounting rail on the top of the upper frame is reproduced. By removing the carrying handle, various optical devices compatible with a rail width of 20 mm can be attached.
Like the current US military M4A1, it is equipped with an enhanced stock that can be adjusted to six different lengths, allowing you to choose the length that best suits your body type and the situation.
By removing the compensator, you can attach a muzzle option with a 14mm reverse thread, such as a silencer.
Pulling the charging handle opens the port cover and retracts the dummy bolt. Hop-up adjustment can be made quickly with the dial-type hop-up dial.
It has a capacity of 68 rounds and comes with a standard M16 magazine. *Magazines are not compatible with next-generation electric guns.
