Pulsonite Cylinder: We have developed a low-friction, highly durable cylinder treated with "Pulsonite," a nitriding process applied to stainless steel that boasts the highest precision and corrosion resistance.
Low friction promotes piston speed and improved hardness maintains roundness, ensuring excellent performance over a long period of time.

A large-capacity stainless steel cylinder that is one size larger than the VSR original cylinder.
The increased capacity allows for stable initial velocity even when using a low rate spring.

These are not ordinary stainless steel pipes, but are produced using cold forging, which is known for its precision finish, achieving an inner diameter tolerance of ±1/100mm.
This is the same precision as a typical custom inner barrel. The key to the bolt action system is how to efficiently accelerate the piston and eject air. This is the ultimate cylinder series that has been thoroughly refined with a focus on wear resistance.

We pay close attention to the connection point with the boss, which can be said to be the neck of a custom cylinder. While many cylinders use hollow "cotter pins," we determined that these do not provide the overwhelming durability required, and instead adopted "solid parallel pins." In addition, by welding the connection point, we have created a cylinder that is tough enough to withstand repeated cocking over a long period of time.
