Tanaka Works Smith & Wesson M66 Performance Center 3-inch "F-Comp" Version 3 Model Gun
The M66 F-comp is a stainless steel version of the M19 K-comp, produced by S&W's customization division, the Performance Center. It was released in 1993 by Lew Horton, a major American firearms distributor, as a special order limited to 300 units.
It is chambered for .357 Magnum and comes standard with Uncle Mike's rubber grips, a 3-inch fully lug-ported barrel, a cut-down thumb piece for speed loaders, and a smooth trigger with a stopper. Its popularity is evident from the fact that the Performance Center itself replaced the grips with wood and resold it in 2003.
This rare 1993 Lew Horton custom model has been recreated as a firing model gun. This luxurious custom model comes standard with a tritium dot-inspired front sight, a black blade-type adjustable rear sight, a cut-down thumb piece for speed loaders, a smooth trigger with a stopper, and Uncle Mike's-type rubber grips.
Be sure to pick up this high-end masterpiece from the Performance Center, which stands out from the standard line. (7mm cap powder firing. Includes six .357 Magnum cartridges.)
