The M16 was adopted by the U.S. Air Force in 1960, and was also adopted by the U.S. Army in 1967. Various improvements were made during the Vietnam War, which lasted until 1975.
Tokyo Marui has added the M16 Vietnam Version, a standard-type electric rifle, to its lineup. This model allows you to experience the evolution of the M16, which has undergone repeated improvements and earned recognition as an excellent assault rifle by military and police forces around the world.
It faithfully reproduces the style that was used in the Vietnam War, including a tulip-shaped flash hider, rubber butt plate, and a life-size grip.
Metal parts such as the outer barrel and handguard slip ring are used in various areas to increase rigidity.
The included adjustment tool allows you to adjust the front sight up and down and the rear sight left and right.
By removing the compensator, you can attach a muzzle option with a 14mm reverse thread, such as a silencer.
By opening the port cover, you can quickly adjust the hop adjustment using the dial-type hop adjustment dial.
It comes with a short magazine that holds 190 rounds and has an outer case made of pressed steel just like the real thing.
