・The user warranty provided by our distributor, UFC Co., Ltd., applies only if the product breaks down within the specified period under normal use, in accordance with the conditions stated in the warranty card included with the product. ・The "Special Warranty" is valid for 90 days from the start date of the warranty period stated on the warranty card. Any malfunctions that occur within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge by the dealer. *The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

・The "standard warranty" is valid for 180 days after 90 days from the start date of the warranty period stated on the warranty card. Any malfunctions that occur within this period will be repaired free of charge by the dealer. *The cost of parts required for repairs and round-trip shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

*The scope of the user warranty is limited to malfunctions of the mechanism related to the firing of BB bullets that occur with the purchased unit that comes with the warranty. In addition, symptoms related to bullet velocity, accuracy, and trajectory are not covered by this warranty system.
