The ultimate inner barrel, achieving performance that satisfies SPARK custom engineers

"Hiei®", a high-quality, ultra-precise inner barrel developed with SPARK's concept and the latest metal processing technology of craftsmen from "da Vinci", the manufacturer behind the custom barrel "Guren / Raizen" series. From there, various improvements were made, and the ultimate, refined top-of-the-line inner barrel "Hiei® Kai" was born.

The base material uses the highest grade pure domestic stainless steel produced by cold forging, and is meticulously manufactured by Japanese craftsmen using high-precision pure domestic CNC machines.

To achieve stable HOP engagement, the shape and polishing of the HOP window are thoroughly optimized, and the end of the barrel features a super long taper processing of 20 mm, designed so that a layer of air envelops the BB bullet!
The synergistic effect with the tight diameter of 6.05 mm improves muzzle velocity, accuracy, and range.

  • Super Polished HOP Window
Stable trajectory requires stable 'hop-up engagement'.

With the craftsmanship of artisans, the inner wall, including the area around the HOP window, is thoroughly polished to eliminate uncertain factors affecting BB bullets.

By applying extremely difficult "round cutting processing" to the HOP window, the movement of the HOP packing becomes smooth, maximizing the performance of the HOP packing.
  • 20 mm Super Long Taper

Extremely hard cold-forged stainless steel is very difficult to process due to its hardness, requiring a high-precision CNC machine and the selection of cutting tools by skilled craftsmen, as well as precise programming for processing. The extraordinarily long taper of 20 mm suppresses sudden changes in resistance around the barrel exit and an increase in turbulent flow coefficient, eliminating negative effects on accuracy. This maximizes the inherent accuracy of the gun.
