Airsoft brand C.A.T. AIRSOFT, fully supervised by SPARK.

The Versatile series, meaning multi-purpose, features 'magazine housing exchange mechanism,' 'lightweight body made of reinforced resin,' and 'refined body design,' in addition to the traditional C.A.T. characteristics.

Of course, it also includes a 'mechanical variable precocking,' making it an electric gun packed with many appealing features.

■Compact and easy-to-use SMG style

Adopts an 8-inch barrel length, providing high mobility and accuracy in various situations.

The tip of the outer barrel is 3-Lug3-Lug style.
By removing the muzzle protector or the hider itself at the tip, a 14mm counter-clockwise thread can also be used.

■User-friendly interface

The mag catch, selector, and bolt catch are ambidextrous, accommodating shooters of any handedness.

Features an MP5-style magazine (93 rounds capacity) for intuitive magazine changes.

Of course, the magazine housing can be swapped for AK or M4 style.

Equipped with a translucent slit, designed to easily keep track of remaining rounds.

■Newly developed PDW wire stock

Pressing the lever at the bottom of the stock automatically extends it with a single touch, adjustable to 5 positions.

The base is a Picatinny rail, making it compatible with existing products.

The base portion opens upward, providing a battery space capable of accommodating up to a Mini-S size LiPo battery.
The C.A.T. series achieves peak performance with a 7.4v 2000mAh 30C (equivalent to 60A) battery, so please use a battery with a similar output.

The lower part of the buttstock can be expanded and functions as an arm brace (reversible for left/right handed users).

Similar to the MPS stock, the lower part of the butt plate is modular and interchangeable (short module shown in image is also included).

■Lightweight and highly durable polyamide receiver

The VersatileVersatile receiver uses PA66/GF30 resin, a highly reliable and strong polyamide glass fiber reinforced resin also used in real firearms.

Shooters can focus on the game without worrying about the weight of the gun.

■Standard MAC Grip

Equipped with the MAC grip, developed in collaboration with top shooter Mac Sakai.

While it's comfortable to hold as is, it's also ideal as a base for creating your preferred grip with putty or similar materials.

■Design optimized for airsoft use

Original design that combines the ruggedness of a firearm with stylish aesthetics.

The right side of the receiver also has a uniform flat design, with the bolt forward assist knob omitted.

■Reflecting expert feedback

Incorporates feedback from Mac Sakai, who uses C.A.T.-based race guns, throughout the design.

This includes not only weight reduction of the main body but also served as a reference for the design of the handguard and receiver.

■Split gearbox & realistic takedown mechanism

In conventional AR15-type electric guns, the rear end of the gearbox is hidden within the lower receiver.

Therefore, when incorporating a takedown mechanism, the rear end would get caught, necessitating either a modified receiver shape or the use of unique mechanisms in traditional designs.

C.A.T. has shortened the rear end of the upper gearbox by shortening the piston stroke to achieve a realistic takedown mechanism with the dimensions of a standard electric AR15 receiver.

This allows for realistic takedown without compromising the external appearance.

• World's first mechanical "variable" precocking mechanism
  Equipped with a precocking function that holds the piston in the retracted position without electronic circuitry.
  This achieves extremely high semi-auto performance.

  Previously, precocking was controlled by electronic systems, but C.A.T. replicates this with a fully mechanical system, independent of electronic components.
  When performing mechanical precocking, there was a challenge where the piston's retraction amount would vary significantly depending on internal settings and the battery.
  
  To address this, we developed the MAP sector gear.
  
  By precisely adjusting the angle of the cutoff cam, it became possible to flexibly adapt to performance changes caused by internal settings, battery, and other factors.

• Split gearbox & realistic takedown mechanism
  Adopts a completely new gearbox and receiver structure. Features a real-gun-like takedown function to accommodate the adjustment of the mechanical variable precocking.
  Designed to use as many existing standard parts as possible, making it suitable as a base for internal customization.
  *Due to the short piston stroke, the sector gear is cut by 2 teeth.

• Sensuous trigger feel
  The synergy of the mechanical variable precocking and microswitch system delivers a clicky sear trigger, similar to real firearms or gas guns.
  
  Furthermore, the IWS trigger for micro V2, developed specifically for microswitches, features a multi-faceted design that accommodates all shooting postures.
  
  Experience precocking shooting that appeals to human sensibilities, allowing for more precise shooting by clearly indicating when the trigger will fire, a feeling not achievable with electronic control.

• Real firearm grade polymer receiver
  Adopts "PA66 GF/30," a polyamide-based glass fiber reinforced resin used in real firearms like the G36 and MP5.
  Achieves extremely high durability and lightness.

  The handguard is manufactured by a real firearm handguard manufacturer that primarily sells to the US market.
  It possesses robustness comparable to that of real firearms.
