This is a completely limited edition VFC HK VP9 aluminum slide gas gun with realistic markings for the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force's new standard 9mm pistol, the "SFP9M"!

Previously, markings were added to the VFC VP9 standard model, but this product is based on the Special Combo (which includes Crusader steel parts for the front/rear sights, extractor, and takedown lever) for an even higher quality feel!

In 2020, the "H&K SFP9 Maritime" was announced as the new standard 9mm pistol for the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force.

"H&K SFP9" is the name for the European distribution version of the "H&K VP9."

Incidentally, the name "VP9," well-known in Japan, is given to H&K USA products. As it is the name used in the North American market, the largest in the world, it has higher recognition.

This model is, of course, called "SFP9" in Germany, where H&K's headquarters are located. Since it is a handgun directly supplied by H&K to the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, the JGSDF's model name is naturally also "SFP9."

Among the various variations of the SFP9, the JGSDF selected the "SFP9 Maritime" model in 2020. Commonly known as "SFP9M," it is a variation of the SFP9 with added water resistance.

The "SFP9M" is a high-performance model that emphasizes not only corrosion resistance to seawater but also the ability to fire immediately after being retrieved from submersion. It is a handgun truly befitting the adjective "Maritime," meaning "of or relating to the sea."

This limited custom model features realistic SFP9M markings on a VFC VP9 base.

The "VP 9" marking on the left side of the slide has been re-engraved as "SFP 9M," and the Maritime anchor mark, which is located to its right on the real firearm, has also been reproduced.

In addition, the marking on the lower left side of the frame grip, which is normally "VP," has been re-engraved as "SFP."

Since the existing markings have been filled, re-engraved, and repainted, this is a custom model that required considerable effort.

Please note that due to the refilling and re-engraving, the appearance of these markings may differ slightly from other normal markings.

Also, the repainted areas may have a slightly different color from the normal areas and may peel off with use. If they peel, please repair them with paint such as Black Parker.

The SFP9M can be completed by preparing and incorporating aftermarket parts based on the VP9, but considering that the parts cost for the SFP9M slide and frame alone would be 40,000-50,000 yen, this product, which requires no disassembly and assembly, is quite a good deal.

The base VP9 body is made for the Japanese market, not parallel import, so there is no need to worry about its operation.
