This is an aluminum chamber for the GATE EON series M4/M16.
Manufactured using high-precision CNC cutting, it achieves high airtightness and high-precision HOP function.
Body and dial are made of A7075-T6, hop arm is made of POM
The body and dial are made from A7075-T6 using high-precision CNC machining.
There are color variations, with three body color combinations and four dial color combinations (some models have no combinations).
The hop structure is also a unique elevator type.
Conventional HOPs use a coaxial dial to move the hop arm, and the arm either presses the rubber at the tip of the HOP arm or the arm presses the packing directly.
The EON chamber uses a coaxial dial to move the hop arm, which is connected to the elevator for the HOP.
The elevator and chamber body are manufactured with high precision, so the rattle that occurs acts directly on the HOP part with an arm, making the HOP position more stable compared to the conventional method.
Two types of elevators are included as standard: one for pushing rubber and one for directly pushing the packing, the R-HOP.
The elevator for the push rubber can change the front and back position of the push rubber by moving the elevator front and back, so it is possible to move it closer to the nozzle or farther away from the nozzle.
A sleeve is also included to prevent the air seal nozzle from rattling.
In addition, stickers (one each of 0.15mm, 0.3mm, and 0.5mm) are included to adjust the thickness and tilt of the wings on both sides of the chamber, allowing for more precise adjustments to things like wobble and tilt.
