A new version that uses the surface treatment "QPQ" approved by SIG.
A smooth shaft surface is created to reduce friction when the recoil spring expands and contracts during blowback. QPQ processing has been added to areas that were previously finished at this stage. QPQ advances Tufftride, providing wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance that exceeds that of hard chrome plating.
This surface treatment combines surface hardening and rust prevention, and its usefulness with guns is evident from its use on SIG slides. It is also used in engine parts such as crankshafts and camshafts. This product boasts outstanding durability, with two CNC-machined pieces pressed together at a pressure of over 1T and then laser-welded.
