Smith & Wesson Performance Center 5-inch 8-shot Heavyweight Version 2 Model Gun
This is a .357 Magnum caliber 8-shot model developed with the concept of competition use such as Steel Challenge and USPSA, different from the tactical revolver "M&P R8" produced by S&W's proud custom division "PERFORMANCE CENTER."
The actual gun is made entirely of stainless steel for strength and weight, and is designed for competition use with a highly visible gold bead front sight, adjustable rear sight, and a barrel with a unique tilt angle and cut that allows for optimal weight balance.
We have crafted this revolver into a firing model gun from heavyweight resin. While the silver stainless steel finish is striking on the real gun, some S&W models are available in black stainless steel. This model is inspired by this aesthetic and features a matte black finish. The change in material also results in a weight increase over the standard stainless steel-plated model. While retaining the latest S&W mechanisms, such as the internal lock, this model recreates a high-end Performance Center model that stands out from the standard lineup. One full moon clip is also included. Enjoy loading and ejecting eight rounds at once using the moon clip, a unique feature of this model. A dedicated loading tool is also included for loading bullets into the moon clip, which can be difficult to do with bare hands.
