Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our products.
We have received reports that the gas blowback Glock 19 Gen.4 may fire unintentionally (hammer down) if the magazine is struck hard while the gun is cocked.
Subsequent investigation revealed that the same symptoms and their causes were present in three models, including the Glock 19 Third Generation and the Glock 17 Gen.4.
We are currently conducting further investigation into the cause and countermeasures, and will provide further information on the measures we are taking in the near future. We ask for your patience. Once the countermeasures are determined, we will provide a free solution. In the meantime, please be careful with the affected products to "avoid using too much force when inserting the magazine."
