[VFC] M249 GBBR JP ver. (New release around summer 2023)

This is the latest, freshly released product, just announced at the Taiwan MOA Show in December 2022!

The world's first gas blowback light machine gun is finally here from VFC.

The GBB was originally designed to be realistic, so when used in airsoft games, it can be heavy and the bullets can't fly very well. Foreign-made GBBs are more fun to use indoors or in a tatami room.

However, while this model reproduces the powerful movements unique to GBBs, such as open bolt blowback, it has been developed with an emphasis on actual combat.

The exterior of the M249 is an orthodox style with a fixed stock. Retractable and Para stocks are also available separately, allowing users to purchase and replace them as desired, rather than offering multiple variations.

The exterior is made of aluminum for an ultra-lightweight design, and while it has a metallic texture and a great look, it weighs just 3640g, making it slightly lighter than the company's Mk46 electric gun.

Structurally, it reproduces the barrel takedown and field stripping operations just like a real gun, allowing you to experience the authentic atmosphere.

In terms of operation, gaming use has also been well considered; the STANAG magazine that comes with the main unit and the box magazine sold separately are actually both magazine-type gas tanks that are independent of the BB bullet supply.

The magazine-type tank has maximum gas storage space since there is no space for BB bullets, and the actual magazine holds 100 rounds and is ultra-lightweight. It has been carefully designed to minimize the burden even when carrying a large amount.

Since the real fun of this LMG is its ability to lay down a barrage of bullets, it uses a lightweight aluminum bolt carrier to make it as agile as possible, allowing you to enjoy the exhilarating rapid-fire blowback.

This is a super exciting model that will make you want to actually pick it up and touch it. I don't think they'll be able to make that many, so although the release date is still a while away, I think it's a good idea to pre-order early!
