This is a reinforced sector gear for next-generation electric airsoft guns from American company SIEGETEK CONCEPTS. It can be used as a replacement for the Tokyo Marui genuine sector gear.
Made from a single piece of nickel-chrome-molybdenum steel, a material used in heavy-load components such as aircraft engines, it has been carburized and hardened to HRC55+. The surface is treated with manganese phosphate, which reduces friction and helps lubricants adhere easily.
It is recommended for increasing durability in environments where the sector gear is prone to wear due to precocking with FCUs, etc.
