This is a TN barrel equipped with a large-bore rectifier, compatible with Tokyo Marui next-generation electric guns MP5A4 / MP5A5 / MP5SD6, as well as the EVOLT M4A1 Carbine / FPR-Mk4.
The front section features a high-precision 6.04mm inner diameter TN barrel, with a 7.5mm inner diameter large-bore extension integrated into the muzzle end over the first 60mm. This high-performance model combines the accuracy of a TN barrel with the straightening effect of a large bore.

▍What is a TN Barrel?
KM's flagship product, the "TN Barrel," is made from carefully selected brass and finished with our proprietary "TN Coating." Its unique manufacturing process adjusts the coating thickness inside the hollow barrel using electrodeposition, achieving extremely high dimensional accuracy based on a 6.04mm inner diameter.
▍History of the TN Barrel
The TN Barrel is a long-selling series that has been continuously available in our lineup since its launch in 1989. Its consistent quality and high dimensional accuracy, thanks to integrated domestic production, have earned it the respect of many airsoft users.
▍HOP Groove Machining
HOP grooves require extremely precise machining.
Standard HOP groove machining is mostly performed using end mills on lathes and similar machines.
Although it takes more time and costs more, our company
uses a submerged electrical discharge machine to machine each HOP groove individually.
※Some products, such as those with holes, may have end-milled HOP grooves.
▍TN Coat
TN Coat is a special Teflon coating made by blending several types of additives into a Teflon base. It offers excellent abrasion resistance and smoothness, providing greater durability than standard electrodeposited plating.
It is also resistant to dirt and easy to maintain, making it easy to preserve performance with only regular cleaning.
▍Large-Bore Rectifier System
A 7.5mm inner diameter large-bore extension is integrated into the first 60mm of the muzzle end.
After the BB gains sufficient spin and acceleration in the high-precision 6.04mm barrel, it enters a larger diameter barrel without making contact. Inside the large bore, the compressed air following the BB is straightened, suppressing turbulence as it exits the muzzle. By reducing unwanted lateral forces on the BB, it is expected to improve trajectory stability.
▍Shooting Performance
In addition to the excellent grouping performance of the high-precision 6.04mm TN barrel, the large-bore rectifier structure straightens the airflow near the muzzle.
This model combines the ability to accelerate BBs with the ability to control the airflow just before firing, pursuing stable muzzle velocity, straight trajectories, and improved grouping at medium to long ranges. Recommended for users who prioritize shooting performance as an upgrade from a stock barrel, this TN barrel is an excellent choice.
