【Repair Warranty Details】
・For firing malfunctions due to internal parts damage, parts and labor costs will be covered free of charge.
・For external parts damage, repairs will be provided at a cost only if parts supply is possible.
・When requesting a repair, please contact us beforehand without fail.
・We may decline repairs if the malfunction cannot be confirmed or if repair is deemed difficult.

【Warranty Terms】
・The warranty only applies to CYMA Plus series products sold by our company.
・If disassembly or modification by the customer or a third party is confirmed, the warranty will be void (repair at cost).
・Damage or malfunctions due to customer negligence are not covered by the warranty (repair at cost).

【After Warranty Period】
・Even after the warranty period has expired, we will provide as much support as possible for any issues or malfunctions related to the product, including repair services and parts ordering.
