[LayLax] Tokyo Marui Next-Gen Series EG Hard Gear Set for New Ver. 1/2, Reinforced Double Torque Type

This gear set is compatible with the mechaboxes found in Tokyo Marui next-generation electric guns. By carefully selecting materials, achieving high gear dimension accuracy, and applying hardening and shot peening treatments, we have achieved astonishing durability. Additionally, the 10 anti-reversal latch teeth contribute to improved semi-auto firing response.
 
The next-generation electric gun series produces realistic recoil shock, just like a real firearm. While this mechanism generates strong and realistic recoil, it also places significantly more stress on various parts compared to conventional electric guns. Regular maintenance, similar to real firearms, such as tightening loose parts and replacing worn or damaged components, is becoming essential.

Among these, the gears and piston assembly, which operate both the power source and the recoil engine simultaneously, are subjected to the highest loads. Their service life is reduced to 1/2 to 1/4 compared to standard electric guns (based on our tests).

Based on the durability test results of standard parts, LayLax conducted repeated tests with various patterns. We have completed a gear set suitable for next-generation models equipped with a recoil engine, by optimizing the combination of materials for each gear part, processing methods, and applying various processes and treatments to enhance durability, such as carburizing, induction hardening, and shot peening.
