M40 Vietnam 24-inch Air-Cocking Gun Basic Model

This model is a reproduction of the M40, which was based on the Remington Arms M700 and improved by the US Marine Corps, in Vietnam War specifications.

The Vietnam War-spec M40 AIR was released as a special limited edition in 2015 and sold out immediately, but in response to popular demand, it is now being re-released as a basic model.

Previous limited edition models were finished with "Cerakote," but to keep the price more affordable, we have decided to go with the standard black dye.

Other than that, it's nearly identical, with attention paid to detail not only to the stock carved from high-quality walnut, the rounded fore-end, and cheek piece, but also the overall silhouette. The buttplate and swivel rings are all replicas of the original type. Other highlights include the slender 24-inch barrel and muzzle, and the receiver engraved with a control number.

Cocking is quite light for a bolt-action air-cocking gun, allowing you to enjoy shooting with ease.

The magazine is removable in front of the trigger guard.
