Important Notes

• Effective September 19, 2025, customers in South Korea will no longer be able to make payments to our store via PayPal. This change is due to a request from PayPal.
• In response to this issue, we have decided to temporarily suspend direct orders via our website. This is why an error appears when you enter a South Korean address as the shipping destination. There is no problem with your device or environment.
• While this significantly reduces convenience, we can still sell items to you as long as the product you wish to purchase is not illegal in your country. Please place your order using the online form. Please note that we cannot ship airsoft guns in their normal state, nor can we ship rifle scopes or dot sights. This means the rules remain the same as before.
• However, we cannot accept payments via PayPal. As an alternative payment method, you may use international money transfers. Please transfer funds to our bank account using web payment services such as TOSS, MOIN, or Wise.
• You will be required to pay customs duties and other taxes to your country or region. Please find out how much it will be in advance by yourself.
• We create Export Invoice with the correct amount. We will never enter a lower amount or send it as a gift.
• Please fill in all shipping addresses and your name in English (alphabetical).
• We do not accept proxy purchases, and we do not accept gift delivery orders. Orderer, payer, and shipping name must all be the same person.

About Products

We sell products from Japan. Our products comply with Japanese regulations. All airsoft are under 1 joule, and muzzles are standard. We ship the same products overseas. Therefore, we do not adjust power or install colored parts. We can disassemble an airsoft gun into two pieces and send it to you in two separate shipments.

If you see "Add to cart (カートに入れる)" on the product page, it means the product is in stock.

" Pre-order or Back Order (予約 または 取寄注文)", the item is not in stock at that time. The item will be prepared upon receipt of your order. If you want to know the delivery date, please contact us before placing an order.

How to Place an Order

After submitting the form, we will calculate the shipping cost based on the contents and contact you.
We will create the order once you approve it.

About Payment Methods

The only payment method accepted from South Korea is international money transfer to our bank account. No other payment options are available. Using transfer services like TOSS, MOIN, or Wise allows for faster transfers with lower fees.

We will provide our bank transfer details after the order is created.

Please note that we cannot send emails outside of business hours.

Shipping Information

Basically, we ship by EMS.

Please fill in the delivery address in English when ordering.

We can disassemble an airsoft into two pieces and send it to you in two separate shipments. We do not adjust the power of the product or add color parts.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package. If you wish to know the cost in advance, please request a quote via the form.

Due to the disassembly work required, it usually takes one week from order to first shipment, and two weeks during peak season. We cannot expedite shipments for the customer's convenience.

After the first shipment clears customs, we send the second shipment; it takes about 2-3 weeks from the first shipment until all the packages are delivered to you.

About the taxes

The taxes you will have to pay when you import items will depend on your country/region. You are responsible for finding out how much it will be.

We create Export Invoice with the correct amount. If the shipment is split into two packages, the Invoice amount will be split equally between them.

We do not have detailed knowledge of each country's tariffs, VAT, or sales tax and cannot answer inquiries about them. Please be aware of this.

We will not refund your money if your shipment is stopped due to you not paying customs duty.

Cancellation of Orders

Please do not cancel your order after it has been placed. This is because we may have already prepared the goods for you.

If you cancel an order for which you have already completed payment, we will refund your money minus a 15% handling fee.
