This is the latest electric gun from POSEIDON, a Taiwanese company founded in 2015 that handles a wide range of products, from air guns themselves to internal custom parts.
Equipped with the "Trident Gen.2" electronic trigger system, it has the ability to detect obstacles, automatically protect the base, change firing modes, adjust trigger sensitivity, and set double triggers.
The Triton Sniper is a premium model among POSEIDON's electric guns, featuring a full metal frame. The magazine housing has been hollowed out to reduce weight, adding a stylish touch. The markings are inspired by the trident held by Poseidon, a god of Greek mythology, giving it a sharp look.
The 13.5-inch M-LOK aluminum handguard has slots on all eight sides. The trigger guard and front and rear folding sights are also made of metal.
The selector and charging handle are ambidextrous and easy to use, and the magazine catch and bolt catch are also ambidextrous. The controls incorporate many trends, including an ergonomic grip with a non-slip texture, a wide trigger guard that is comfortable even when wearing gloves, and a straight trigger that allows for more intuitive operation.
The internal mechanism is POSEIDON's patented air cushion inner barrel, which allows for a long throw. This inner barrel has grooves at the bottom of the bullet inlet and outlet, allowing a layer of air to pass under the BBs inside the inner barrel, maintaining the backspin of the Hopup and increasing the distance it can travel.
Because the mechanism continues to apply backspin even after the bullet leaves the chamber, it is preferable to adjust the hop-up more slowly than usual. However, since this system uses a stepless drum-adjustable hop-up chamber, quick and precise adjustments are possible.
The reinforced gearbox allows for a wide range of customizations. The quick spring release also makes maintenance easy. This is a unique specification that only a manufacturer with a high reputation for its custom parts can offer.
