The PTS Dead Air Sierra 5 mock suppressor is a high-quality model, precision CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum with a durable hard-anodized finish. The distinctive knurled texture not only creates a unique appearance, but also provides excellent grip during installation and removal. Each Sierra 5 comes standard with a PTS Dead Air R-Series flash hider front cap and is QD (quick-detach) compatible with the PTS Dead Air Xeno mounting system. The PTS Xeno flash hider is made of steel with an extremely tough, scratch-resistant QPQ finish.

Due to an official contract with Dead Air Sandman, the right side of the unit has the same engraving and trademark as the real thing.
