Product Description

*Please note that this item is made to order and will take approximately 1-2 weeks to be shipped after your order is placed.

A charging handle-type bolt handle that can be attached to the VSR-10 Pro Sniper, G-SPEC, and VSR-ONE.
A high-strength version made entirely from machined duralumin.
By adding machining equipment, productivity has been improved and serration processing on the grip part, which was not possible with the previous version, has been achieved.

The all-duralumin custom handle has also evolved to Ver. 2.0.

"HD" is an all-duralumin version of the popular "VSR Charging Handle."
The latest model, Ver. 2.0, adds vertical serrations to the grip. These serrations are machined one by one with a Φ1.5mm end mill. Although it takes time to machine, we have kept the price the same because it is a popular product.

The components are four parts

(Screws are included. Please use genuine screws to connect to the cylinder.)

Serrations are processed in four places

Vertical serrations have been added to the areas where pressure is most applied, front, back, left and right, to prevent slipping and for design reasons.
From Ver. 2.0 onwards, the shape is the same as the resin version.

Surface treatment for each part:

The surface is sandblasted to prepare it, then black anodized.
*Since the finish of anodized aluminum varies from piece to piece, we apply a matte black paint after the anodizing process to ensure a uniform finish.

There is a hollow screw on the back, and when you tighten it after installation, it will determine the angle relative to the flat surface on the back of the cylinder. Don't forget to tighten it. *Please be careful not to tighten it too much as it may damage the cylinder.

New colors developed in collaboration with VOLK TACTICAL GEAR have been added.

The dark bronze color used in the "Adapt Holster Plate" by VOLK TACTICAL GEAR (hereafter referred to as VTG), for which da Vinci was responsible, has now been applied to the grip. It's a two-tone design of black and dark bronze. As explained on the VTG website, it took a lot of trial and error to achieve the desired color, and they've finally decided to use it. (VTG has kindly given us permission to use it on da Vinci products.)
This product is the first in the VTG-DARK-BRONZE specification.
*Please note that there may be variations in color tone and brightness for each production run.

A beautiful two-tone silver model has been added.

To preserve the brilliance of the cutting, the silver part is treated with the "HV500" coating, which is the surface treatment used for the Kuren inner barrel.
The cutting marks are used as they are.
*The silver part has a glossy finish, so the surface cannot be sanded. It will leave marks from gripping with a vise.

Caution: 1. Remove the trigger stop before use.

As with other charging handles, please remove the trigger stop before use.
Since this product is cocked without lifting the handle, the trigger stop cannot be released.
Therefore, please remove the trigger stop when installing.
As for the safety, it is fine to leave it on.
You can also engage the safety as usual by operating the safety lever.
*Depending on the combination and lot, the safety may not work properly or may not be able to be released.
In that case, please make fine adjustments such as polishing the affected area.

Note 2 : The cylinder is not fixed while the bolt is being operated.

Unlike a normal bolt handle, the cylinder can be pulled back even after the bolt has been operated and the gun has been loaded.
(The same situation occurs with the bolt handle if you simply raise the handle itself.)
This may result in poor feeding and reduced accuracy, so please only cock the gun and shoot one shot at a time.
