Raizen barrels are made from "SUS304," an ultra-precision material manufactured using Japan's proud precision tube manufacturing technology.
The tolerance of ±0.005mm and our unique surface roughness settings were achieved through a collaboration with a company headquartered in Tokyo.
Machining is performed using a "Star Micronics composite machining machine - 8 axes (X, Y, Z1, A, B, C, E, Z2)" to accurately reproduce the drawing down to the finest details with optimal tools. The final polishing is done by machines and craftsmen with uncompromising dedication, resulting in a quality that cannot be imitated by other companies.

"6.01mm" ultra-tight setting for superior muzzle velocity
As a basic concept, the smaller the clearance between the inner diameter and the BB, the higher the pressure from behind, leading to an increase in muzzle velocity (the BB flies faster).
The 6.01mm inner diameter is calculated to provide maximum pressure by narrowing the clearance to the absolute limit for a 6mm BB. However, due to the ultra-tight setting, it is assumed that precision BBs will be used. Poor quality BBs may cause jams.

 Careful taper processing to improve performance
The muzzle end is tapered, similar to Guren 2. Taper processing efficiently discharges air and converts it into energy to propel the BB, while also creating airflow regulation to improve accuracy.

Raizen Inspection Standards
We have established an inner diameter inspection point "after polishing."
After physically confirming that any burrs generated during processing have not affected the inner diameter,
the barrels are re-checked by the "human eye" of a select group of craftsmen responsible for polishing.
Up to this point, the items are the same as Guren, but the acceptance criteria for surface roughness are one rank stricter, and any roughness caused by the material is rigorously selected.
The reason Raizen is a high-end barrel is not only the material cost, but also the time spent on selection and the amount of rejected material.
Therefore, every barrel you receive will be a carefully selected item.

Regarding patterns (cutter marks, blade marks, etc.) that occur during processing and do not affect use,
they have been approved by craftsmen after undergoing the above checks, so please use with confidence.
