[RETRO ARMS] Piston for 13T sector gear

This is a high-strength piston that combines a nylon + fiber injection molded body with a rack gear made of spring steel (56SiCr7).

Compatible with Φ15mm standard electric gun springs,
The weight is 16.36g.

The compatible sector gear has 13 teeth (sector cut: 3).
The second rack gear is fully cut and the third gear is half cut from the beginning of the rack engagement, providing a rebound countermeasure and AOE adjustment margin during high cycles. It can also be used with DSG.

This piston succeeds in increasing the thickness of the rack gear mounting part by offsetting the center of the piston and the inner center where the spring is located by about 0.5 mm, but the thrust bearing attached to the piston head hits the inner wall and cannot rotate, so it becomes a simple bulky spacer.
(It is sufficient to remove the twist on the spring guide side only.)

For this reason, a step is provided on the inside rear of the piston to avoid the thrust bearing of the spring guide. This step is the thickness of the rack gear mounting part.

Please note when using this piston that springs with thin wire diameters may protrude from the spring guide as shown in the photo.
If this happens, the piston will get caught and crash when it moves back, so adjust the diameter of the seat coil to prevent it from protruding.
